davidstea suggestion

I am currently slipping away from my diet and its harder and harder to get back on track. So I decided to initiate myself to tea as a motivation.I chose davidstea because they have various selection but i soon regreted because its expensive! But now i got a free tin that gives me 50 cents rebate each time i buy 50g of tea or more, so ill try to stick to davidstea. What kind of tea would help me lose weight or curb craving?(preferably caffeine free)

I believe they have a selection of herbal and/or red teas dedicated to this very thing. I believe one of them is called “The Skinny”. Also I find several of the pu’erhs work wonders for curbing appetite for me.

I find just drinking iced tea instead of the sugary drinks I used to drink a lot of helps. Plus when you have an urge to snack, the process of making a nice cup of tea distracts from the snacking urge.

Drink green and fruity instead of juice or other sweet drink, it is so amazing and good for your health.

Mulberry Magic is supposed to help cravings. Genmai cha has toasted and popped rice, and the starches make it is little more filling, so to speak.

I find that Forever Nuts is great when I’m craving something sweet because it has the smooth buttery-ness from the nuts and a delicate sweetness to it. Caffeine-free because it’s ah herbal tea :)
