EPIC steeping time
I sometimes steep my tea overnight. Am I crazy or does anyone else do this?
Often at work after steeping a high quality (usually black) tea a couple of times, I’ll leave it in the cup and steep it overnight, then enjoy the resulting infusion the next morning.
My usual method for fine black tea (e.g. DAVIDsTEA Nepal Black) is to steep the first time really quick (
I have never tried this method, but it has piqued my interest.
