Trouble cleaning my Libre Tea thermos.

I received the Murchie’s Libre tea glass for Christmas and have LOVED taking my favorite teas with me to work. The trouble I’ve encountered here in the last day or so is that tea seems to get stuck between two layers near the lip of the glass. I’m including a photograph I took on my cell phone just now to demonstrate the problem. http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m58/vanetian/photobucket-2569-1325008819472.jpg I can’t seem to get to the tea to wash it out! Any help would be wonderful.

I’ve been through several Libres in the past year and have had the same thing happen. Unfortunately I don’t have any suggestions. :(

Have you guys tried contacting them? Maybe they will let you exchange the product for another one.

They are very good with sending replacements, so you can try that. For me it and a couple other things were recurring problems but they are willing to work with you.
