Thanks, everyone! I will look into finding some of these where I live. :)

Mint gives me heartburn, one tea I like is Anise Caraway Fennel by TeaGschwender…

I think it depends on my mood and time of day… but mint, chamomile, ginger, pu’erh and anything with calcium carbonate in it, or any combination of these tends to help! I often blend mint and chamomile together…
Also, it’s not tea related but Congee, an Asian rice based porridge tends to pick me right up! with preserved egg in it. Yummmmm :)

Inspire tea from Still Water Tea – It has a mixture of peppermint, spearmint, ginger, hibiscus etc.. All exceptional for upset tummies. I drink it whenever I am feeling under the weather. It is also herbal so no caffeine which is great for night time.

I find both ginger and mint to be settling for my stomach. I found a really good, strong Ginger Pu’ehr loose tea at Golden Mountain Tea House (a new site on line). It is more strongly ginger than the ginger green tea they have, so I like it better.

And they have a couple of mint choices. The surprising one was Dorthea’s Headache Herbal Tea – two mints, rose petals and lavender. It was designed for headaches (migraines), and although I don’t get migraines, I get other headaches. I really worked for me – first couple of sips. And it settles my stomach at the same time!

Liu’an basket tea (not liu’an guapian), liubao, and aged oolongs, are all traditionally used to help with constipation.

I know someone with a chronic illness that causes digestive problems. She drinks a tea made from fennel seeds and claims that it’s works really well.

Ginger is a good one for most, I personally am not a huge fan of the taste, and mints are great…What I use is a mix of spearmint, peppermint and meadowsweet. Meadowsweet is great for nausea, it tastes a bit like sweet grass, not bad but some don’t care for it. So I pair it with the mints for a double whammy!
