Definitely every day, but it changes depending on whether it is a weekday or weekend. Weekdays I usually drink 2-4 16 oz cups at work (it would be more but the water at my office isn’t great…) and maybe a little more when I get home. Weekends though I have gone through about 2 liters per day depending on how much of the time I am at home.
Generally 1 to 3 cups a day, with a “cup” being anywhere from 6-12oz depending on the actual mug used (but usually it’s 8-10oz).
About 16 ounces per day, average. Sometimes as much as 8 cups.
every. single. day. matcha in the mornings; oolong in the afternoons; white tea in the evenings.
Average weekdays I have a cuppa while at switchboard after lunch (at work). One in the morning and one in the evening is pretty much a given. I used to be at 5 to 7 cups a day, but after last summer I cut way back and haven’t maxed my numbers out again yet. Weekends are a free for all, who knows what’ll happen!
All day long! I try to keep a good pace; 2 cups of spiced black tea in the morning, 2 cups roobios in the afternoon and 2 cups green tea at nite.
I drink tea every day, on average, I drink somewhere between 12 to 15 cups (8 oz. cups) per day. I usually start with black tea to start the day (although some mornings, I need a guayusa or yerba mate to start the day), after a few hours, I switch to green teas, alternating occasionally with an Oolong or a white or a yellow tea, depending upon my mood, and as it gets closer to bedtime I switch to caffeine free tisanes or decaffeinated tea choices.
Anywhere from two to six 12oz mugs a day during the week. The usual being four. Weekends it varies but often weekends are bagged iced tea.
Every day for me, usually. I drink anywhere from one liter to three or five, depending on how much personal time I have.
