I’ve had a root beer flavored rooibos:

it really does taste like root beer. To me that was a bit odd because it was root beer flavor, but hot and not carbonated, which sort of messed up my mind. But it was nice anyway.

You can try sassafrass root “tea”, which is actually a tisane, but it tastes like rootbeer. I love the stuff every once in awhile.

I just saw a review that said ESP Emporium’s Spicy Chai tastes like root beer…

Pappy’s Sassafrass Concentrate (H & K Brands, I believe) is “it.” It’s a liquid concentrate that is excellent iced.
