Has anyone had experiences with these tea shops? Personally, I have been to Ku Cha. It is a wonderful place to drink tea, and they have a wonderful variety. I have also tried Seven Cups, and their teas are simply unmatched by anything that I have ever tried, at least when it comes to Chinese tea.

I’ve been to Harney’s in SoHo – a wonderful space, with a huge bar at which you may sample teas. Knowledgeable staff – as you would expect from Harney’s. A small dining area to sit and enjoy a cup of tea.
If you go, then save a minute to trot around the corner to visit In Pursuit of Tea – totally different atmosphere, but with an equally stellar tea reputation.
