I like NMTC a lot. Let me know how the blood orange is. I like oranges, and rooibos.

Soon you’ll be making another necessary order because 7g of Laoshan Black is just enough to make you fall obsessively in love.

Mercuryhime: Haha, thank you for the heads up! I’m looking forward to that even more now!

I’m fortunate enough to have the free trial samples soon too (endless thanks, Verdant!) but… and perhaps it’s a strange, fussy sentiment, but I felt like my first Verdant cup had to be that beloved Laoshan Black.

This is exciting, congrats for being one of the first formal orders (I imagine?) in the US. Hope you can enlighten us later on. :D

I’m in Canada. I ordered through email and paid with paypal. You can also order through amazon.com, but amazon’s shipping is more expensive.

Have you ever gotten a craving for a really specific flavor blend? The other night I was absolutely dying for a vanilla rose blend—I could mix together my own, but half vanilla and half rose just isn’t the same as a base that’s been blended with both flavors. There are pretty much only two options and I went with Zhi Tea because they have cheaper shipping and a couple other blends I want to try!

Vanilla Rose
Coconut Assam
White Rose
Saigon Rose

All sample sized! The Saigon Rose is a lemon/rose blend which is another flavor I’ve wanted for a while.

Ooh, Saigon Rose sounds interesting! I was actually just thinking about herbals and thinking that I would like a lemongrass/rose blend.

Alphakitty said 2013-03-12 18:00:55 -0400

Saigon Rose was the blend that got me to place an order! I was really “window shopping” when it came to the Vanilla Rose, but when I saw that one I knew my wallet was doomed.
