I’ll be looking forward to your review. Hope all is well with your family.
My Diamond Jubilee tea came in the mail yesterday, and I had my first pot this afternoon. It’s pleasant and mild, reminds me of Lady Grey but with a more citrus flavor coming through. Very, very fragrant. Since it was my first time brewing it I’m not sure if the strength was right, so I’ll have to experiment with future cups.
I want it. Page BOOKMARKED! Now to come up with the money before the remaining six tins are sold. By the way – how much would that be in US? hmmm. Thanks Azzrian!
Ouch! That isn’t really a deal when shipping from the UK…nice find, Azzrian, but a tad pricey for me. Guess I’ll just be happy with the Harneys, though that is a nice tin on the Harrods.
GBP 21.95
Approximately US $34.13
$34.13?! plus the S/H which I didn’t even think of. Yowsa. :(
GOOD LORD! Yeah I didn’t even notice that!!

I find this thread funny because it’s a roll reversal. Some companies such as Davids Tea don’t ship to the UK so I miss out that way and those companies that do ship here charge the likes of $30.
The reason the shipping is so expensive for you guys is because they all send the tea as ISF (international signed for) which costs a lot extra yet takes the same amount of time to arrive.
Ooooo but I want that tin sooooo bad.
