Twinings Diamond Jubilee Tea Blend
I found some Diamond Jubliee Tea at Britts in Lawrence today. It looks like this and is bagged (sachet) – scroll down just a bit its in a blue tin – they also have red tins just like the blue one.
If anyone is interested I can grab some for you soon.
I think they were under 7.00 per tin.

Oh and wow never heard of this company before but they have a jubliee blend and SUCH pretty tins!! I want to order from this place for the tins alone!

That is what I was thinking!! Its AMAZING! I spent all my “extra” money today taking my lovely daughter out to dinner and getting bubble tea! The Greek food was AMAZING though and so worth the wonderful time with my girl. I do want this tin desperately though. SIGH
The Fortnum & Mason design is the one I so badly wanted when I was looking for Jubilee commemorative stuff. I have a desperate Jones for the teapot & teacup. Not enough to pay that much plus the shipping… yet.
A tin of the tea would cost $70 US. The shipping is 30 pounds. Twice as much as the tea. :)
There’s a few tins on eBay for slightly less, still about $50 with shipping though :(
No idea, really. Been awhile since I sent a package to Britain. Part of the cost is the exchange rate though. Even before shipping the tea is around $23. Which I have paid for tea before, but it was tea I knew was good. ;)
