I checked into a hotel on vacation, and was delighted to see a David’s Tea right down the block. My friends were all talking about what we should do first, and I kept suggesting we go get tea.

Haha… I went to Savannah with some of my friends a few months ago and before we had even finalized our travel plans I had already found all of the possible places we could go to get tea. I think going to get tea is definitely an important part of traveling!!

My mom gave me a $5 Starbucks card she got for secret Santa. I’m just thinking “Soooo I don’t drink coffee or any caffeine at all. What should I get? Do they sell tea bags?”

I’m sure soeone has already answered this… You can use the Starbucks at Teavana.

When you are thinking about a tea themed tattoo….

oooooh. I have thoughts.

Dexter said

LOL I have thoughts too, just unsure of which piece of skin I’m willing to commit to it….

I know! Some things take up more real estate than others and what if I want to use that skin for something else later?? I take a lot of thought into my tattoos (after the first impulse one, I have 4 now). My last one was less than 3 months ago and I’m not due to get the itch yet and yet here you are, inspiring it!

want me to repost those picture links? heh heh?

mmmmm…aaaaaah…probably, yes.

Very interesting. Right now colours aren’t an option for me, have to stick to black only because I’m sensitive to metals and I KNOW that I’m allergic to red and I’d have to do test spots of all the other colours. I’m going in to have white, blue, and yellow done soon in hopes of another cat related tattoo.

You know when you wash your clothes and there was a receipt or something in your pocket you forgot about. Then you take your clothes out of the washer and there are bits of paper everywhere.

Well I definitely just took my clothes out of the washer and there were little pieces of green leaves on everything. No idea how that happened but you know you are addicted to tea when you wash your clothes with tea leaves. I hope my clothes smell delicious when they are dry :P

Babble said

Hahah! I bet that made the washer water funny colored too!

Lala said

I didn’t notice it until after the cycle was done. I had a white shirt in there and it didn’t look stained or anything. Even though there were a lot of leaves, probably not a lot considering the volume of the washer.

Sounds like you advanced to a new level.

I sometimes put tea bags in the back of my pockets for the go but have yet to wash them with the pants.

That might be a good use for the Tazo Sweet Orange tea I have.

When you have a whole cabinet devoted to tea.

When you open up that cabinet and teas are falling out it’s so well stocked.

When guests look at you confused when you rattle off only a few possible teas they could have.

When guests are in awe (or speechless) of you tea collection/teapots/teaware

When your tea cabinet is full and you’re still thinking of checking out some tea places.

When you have to take your own tea bags for every vacation

When you burn up loads of time on Steepster just reading reviews/leaving reviews.

Yeah! When you burn up loads of time on Steepster just reading reviews/leaving reviews. I spend almost as much time drinking the teas as I do reading Steepster. Actually all of the above. :)

When, in a choice between buying makeup/moisturizer/shampoo and tea, you choose tea. Even when you’re running out of foundation.

When your fallback plan is to just set up an online tea shop. At least then I’d have an excuse to shop for tea all the time.

When all of the tea-drinkers follow you on Instagram.

When you just ask to steep your own tea at the local tea shop, because the employees always oversteep everything but matcha.

When you can only order ‘tea’ alcoholic drinks even though they’re soo packed with alcohol because you can’t stand the lighter drinks that ACTUALLY taste like alcohol.

Monday: “Are you still hung over from Saturday? You only had one drink!”
>.< “Noo… I didn’t make any tea this morning.”
