dear tea lovers,
some weeks ago i placed a question about how to brew in Chinese way green tea.
there where a few good answers but i can,t find them back anymore and when i press on the link connected with the message in my Hotmail Steepster is malfunctioning with OOOOOPPPS
What should i do?

Search traditonal chinese tea brewing, or chinese tea ceremonies, or other variations of that search on youtube. Watching how they do it I find it the most helpful, and some of them are narrated so they tell you why they are doing what they are doing and exactly how long they are brewing things for.

I usually do somewhere around 175-180F and then steep 1-2 minutes, increasing a bit on subsequent infusions, but that’s western style. Teavivre.com probably has good instructions/tutorials, and Verdant Tea as well.
