Calling European & Canadian Steepsterians- Free Tea Giveaway
I’m in Israel. Not sure that’s included, you didn’t mention the Middle East. Nevertheless, I have send an email, just in case. I’m not one to pass on new tea samples :)
Oh, thank you! even if I do not make it on time, just thanks for considering it (and I guess, being willing to ship here if I ever want to order. there is nothing quite as depressing as wanting something and people not shipping). Mailed you just in case – if too late, I am still pretty grateful you consider sending here.
We’re done, thanks for participating, we’ll send out on Monday morning (Singapore time) and drop you guys a mail.
Don’t worry, we have more promos in the pipeline- sending some love to the US of A and others next time round.
Thanks!
agh I missed this!! Was at the Pride festival all weekend :(
:D As if we needed another excuse to meet up! Although we’re probably looking at August now, sigh…
(Also you’ll have to remind me about this! We should start a PM thread with things we’re supposed to bring! Haha)
agreed! I’m not nearly as organized as I should be…
and some of my tea was ruined bc my water bottle exploded in my bag, I hope it wasn’t one of those that you wanted to sample :/
Aww, but at least you got to go to Pride! When my city had Pride (a day in redneck Calgary, lol, do you guys seriously go all weekend in Toronto?) I had to work and couldn’t go. CRUSHING.
errr actually I think the festivities go all week. Not sure what else goes on besides the parades (there are a bunch of them!) and dancing/drinking but it all started last Monday :)
Friday I went to a free concert, the Cliks and Bif Naked.
Sorry you couldn’t go to the Calgary Pride! there is always next yr right?
Glad you had a great time! You Proud Canadians should talk to the rude sister on page one! You are never nasty in your comments towards Steepsters in the USA!
I didn’t think she meant it to be take all that seriously, Bonnie. I could be wrong, but I see this happen a lot – Canadians will mock Americans, but it is generally like a ribbing from a younger sibling, and Americans think it is meant to be mean-spirited.
I never think of Canadians that way! My family all came from Scotland to Canada (1802) to the U.S. (1900) except great grandmother who sailed straightaway to San Francisco in the early 1800’s. Canadian pioneers! I will retract being offended. (Scots are proud!)
Thank you.
I agree, she likely meant it as a gentle chiding, much the way some people (never on this site!) joke about us Canucks living in igloos or not having running water etc. That and given the larger US population, there are few contests open to those in other countries.
no matter, on this site… we are all the same in that we are tea friends!! :)
barf
I know…my barf was like …how far is this gross gag going…har har! I put my foot in it…or big mouth…my feelings…wah!!!!! I so silly!
I think you’re sweet Bonnie! doesn’t help that patriotism runs high this time of year :P
