Red Leaf Tea new matcha feature
I wanted to ask you what do you think of a new feature I’m working on.
We offer green matcha and white matcha as base for our flavored matcha collection.
Here are some of my ideas for a new base matcha:
Red Matcha
Black Matcha
50/50 Matcha (50% green matcha/50% white matcha)
Is it something you would use or am I just overdoing it?
Your opinions would be much helpful. It’s hard to be the management, customer service, shipping department and marketing director. I could use some help, PLEASE…
Do you have any suggestions?
PS. New feature for Organic version of Matcha are coming next month as soon as shipment of Organic matcha comes :-)
Im in for this! Great idea! I don’t feel there is an “over doing it” when it comes to giving consumers selection!

The more you can offer the better I say.
For those who are NEW venturing into Matcha who may feel overwhelmed you can include a link in the options area of your site that links them to a Matcha for Beginnings area of the site which could explain the options, the differences, etc.
I’m going to have to go with Azz on her suggestion for those people who are new to Matcha. It’s something I’d love to get into but it also seems like a lot to absorb. Anything you can do to make it easier would be awesome!

I’d love a red matcha base option. I don’t drink as much matcha as I’d like because of my caffeine sensitivity, but a caffeine free matcha? Sign me up! :)

Haha, all joking aside my brain is usually so overloaded I never even thought about the other kinds of matcha as available for the flavors and I think it’s a great idea. Mainly because now flavors I personally probably wouldn’t order with green matcha become possibilities and interests!
Oh that sounds wonderful! I’ve been wanting to try a red matcha, but I was apprehensive about trying it straight up since rooibos is such a strong flavour. A flavoured red matcha would be much less intimidating :P
Update: we have a new feature installed called Deal Of The Day. We would pick one item a day and give 50% OFF discount. Deal for that item is only good for one day (see the clock ticking?) Something similar to Groupon. This is a testing stage to see if it would help us get some more sales by offering big discounts. And I’m not talking about some teas that almost nobody wants to buy anyway. Today is Belgium Chocolate Matcha, tomorrow – who knows?

Awesome! I saw the sale and of course that leads to a must purchase. I will probably do so again even w/o a review gift certificate if it’s one I want badly like chocolate!
Wow! So I totally missed seeing this today until amandas post about her order. This migh be the push for me to finally try matcha
Bummer – no cash flow rolled in today BUT there is always TOMORROW maybe a different matcha will be added and maybe I will have MONEY lol

Update: We have added White Matcha, Red Matcha, Black Matcha and 50/50 Matcha to your choices of flavored Matcha. More options coming soon :-)
