Hi sorry to intrude but I have a thought. I have seen these specials many times but the thing that always stops me is that I have not tried your teas before. So when making a new order I would really prefer that I can get the free portion of something different – instead of even MORE of a tea I have not yet tried.
So in other words if I were to buy the Rose Mango, I would not necessarily want MORE Rose Mango just in case I did not care for it to begin with. It would leave me with quite a bit of a tea I was not particular to. It would be far more enticing for me as a consumer to be able to select another flavor OR perhaps offer a free ounce of the second tea you are offering the special on so I could try at least two of your flavors.
For those who already have ordered and know they like your teas it is still a bit limiting in some ways.
Sorry my thoughts may not come across clear enough but I hope this helps give some perspective even if only my own.
I agree with this completely. Free tea is tempting, but if I end up not enjoying the flavor then I am out of luck because I’ll have even more of that flavor. Swapping the flavors around would be nice. Ex. If you buy any size of the Chai you get Rose Mango free. Azzrian really hit the nail on the head.
