Did you know that recently we have implemented an extra step into making flavored matcha? We sift it before it gets packaged so that when you want to use it, it’s already done for you :-)
That’s a really good idea. I’ll probably still sift my matcha, if for no other reason than it’s become habit now and I don’t want to get out of the habit when I happen to have an unflavored Matcha.

I don’t know if it’s feasible for Redleaf, but I would love to see some small samplers for the Matcha flavors. I’m sure I’m not the only one that still wants to try at least 10 kinds, but the my wallet does not always give me enough room to do this type of experimentation. I think I will probably end up ordering more because of samplers, because I can try them all and will get hooked on more flavors.
