Crossposting Tealogs to Wordpress

I know there are the links to the side for posting to facebook and Twitter, but does anyone know a script or any sort of code I could use to automatically crosspost my tealog to my Wordpress blog (http://hardlysupermom.wordpress.com)? Or do I just need to do it the old-fashioned way: cut & paste?
