Traveling Tea Box: Group B - round 2 discussion
Hey the Traveling Box B went out early this morning – on its way to Indigobloom in Canada! WOOO HOOOO!
And this is where is slows down. Canada post has been slacking lately. At least with my mail delivery.
Canada post is horrendous in NS, I like to hope that it’s better in the central provinces.
Excited to see that this one is almost into Canada. Really looking forward to reading more on this one….while I wait for the other box lol
It’s only been 9 days, I wouldn’t start worrying about it yet ;)
I don’t know what it is about packages from US to Can. It takes forever to get my swap packages from swappers in the US, but my package to them takes like 4 days.
What can you do, eh? ;)
lol mine get delayed because they like to open them. They’re on to how you guys stick in that free healthcare into envelopes.
Haha, given that Monday was a holiday for us, I’m certainly not surprised that it’s taking this long! I’m STILL waiting for my 52teas order, which I think Frank sent out on Oct 2nd?
Monday was a holiday here too, just a far less cool one. I checked my mail anyway because if I have to go to school, it’s not a holiday worth having and I’m going to forget and check my mail.
It takes at least 2 weeks for things to get from US to Nova Scotia, at least for me. While I’ve never had anything opened, it is always slow. I’m pretty certain that it gets bogged down on the Canada Post side rather than USPS. We pay a lot more to send things South though, so at least it goes faster that way!

Not sure I can send it out within three days as I won’t have much of any free time to sort until this weekend but I’ll try my best. Oh wait, it’s business days right?

So I’ve organized the box! and realized today that most of those I’d like to share are at work. In the mail it goes tomorrow!! Tattooed_tea I don’t think I have your addy yet

haha yes I am excited. I hope it comes today or tomorrow that way I have the weekend to sort through it. I have an extra long weekend this weekend (4 days) so I have plenty of time to drink tea. YAY!
ahh doubtful, I’m really sorry! lady at the post office said there were some delays and the truck had already left that day to :(
poop ah well.
I have previously received stuff from Toronto in 2 days. So just maybe. Also sent something to Sault Ste. marie & it was there in about 2 days. I might get lucky. After the week I’ve had with my kookoo sitter I need it lol
It arrived this morning. I’ve gone through it, picked what I wanted and put in my teas for it. So much more that I wanted to add, but its already a little over the weight.
