I would love to know upcoming discussion topics to allow for purchase and shipping prior to the event. And even better, if the teas to be discussed could be offered as a sampler, maybe at least three cups worth of each tea.

We are in the process of adding a Try Me option to our site http://www.steapshoppe.com/loose-tea.html under each individual tea which would give you the option to buy what would equate to about 2-3 cups depending on how strong you make your tea.
We are also going to be adding tea samplers to our site in the near future (about a week)
As for upcoming tea tastings we are in the experiment process on this and we are going to see how the first one goes after which we will likely be posting a schedule with the teas to be tasted.

Are you including Canada or other countries in terms of being able to receive the samples and join the tastings?

We are focused mainly on the US considering that is where we ship to as a company. We do apologize for not clarifying this and are grateful you brought it up. We have not gone through the process for shipping outside of the US as of yet. Thank you for your interest.
