Matcha salt?

Used the salt last night on my rice. And my chicken. And my veggies. Unfortunately, all I noticed was salt. I could smell the matcha, but not taste it. Also, that salt packs a punch so be very careful with it. To be fair, I don’t typically salt my food but the crystals are slightly larger that my salt grinder creates, so it was tricky to put just a small amount that actually distributed well.

maybe using them in a pepper grinder or any kind of grinder for that matter a Mortar and pestle should work too did you have time to try the drink mix ? i go near my local DT today and i was thinking maybe getting some

Edit: my pepper grinder make nearly powder so to use just a small amount it will be good but if there is no taste of matcha at all i don’t see the use of green salt lol to bad that was looking like i good idea from them

The idea was good i give them that

Well thanks for trying and letting us know. I was hoping you would be able to taste the matcha a little.

Didn’t get to the drink mix yet, unfortunately. The salt is definitely neat, just not worth a re-buy for me.

Yeah, I just bought the salt myself, and it tastes like…salt. Okay…

Well boo…. I hate when that happens.

I guess they were going more for “matcha benefits in salt” then “matcha taste in salt.”
