Coffee and Tea Festival (Atlantic City)

Is anyone planning on going to this? http://www.coffeeandteafestival.com/ac

They’ve had a few already in New York City, but they’ve gotten very crowded, and this is the first time they are going to be in Atlantic City. I would like to go, but it would be costly to go all the way to Florida.

They said it’s going to be bigger than the NYC one because they’ll actually have more room.

They contacted us about exhibiting and I told them their booth rental was beyond our means. They responded that they could try to work within my budget. I replied, “That would be great! Give me some gas money and a sofa to crash on and I’ll be there.” I guess that wasn’t what they meant.

Aww, that would be a good festival for you to go to, since you could lure some coffee drinkers too.

I went to their event in NYC and it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The hubby and I stayed to see the Korean tea ceremony and a lecture and still finished the whole show within 2 hours. Not sure if I will make it out to AC but its only an hour and a half a way so it might be worth it.

It was small? Interesting. The feedback I heard was that it was really big but really crowded. Was this last year?

Maybe its just me, but I thought it was pretty small. It was pretty crowded but there weren’t a lot of lectures and also not a lot of vendors. Maybe I’ve just been to too many large conventions. I went the year before last, but even looking at the vendor list this year, there aren’t that many vendors.

She is a writer of wonderful children’s books that center around making tea education fun. She is also a tea party planner.
