I have a VERY high tolerance to caffeine and only drank a little more than half of it with the 3 tsp so I had about 2 teaspoon and was absolutely wired for over 2 hours.

How is matcha and almond milk? I’m really not a fan of cow or soy milk. Unfortunately almond milk doesn’t work so well with hot teas.

I make almost all of my cold lattes with almond milk – it works perfectly! I’ve definitely had weird separation with hot lattes, but cold is definitely a good way to go
