How many cups of tea do you drink a day?

Lately I have been drinking between 2-5 “mugs” a day- I have been using the copco tea tumbler, which is 14 oz. (1 cup) I will only do half a mug to 1 though if going on a road trip or anywhere without reliable restrooms. I will resteep some teas too. I will be getting some Asian style travel tumblers though soon that are 400 and 500ml respectively.

I drink tea all year long, though the kinds of tea I focus on tend to shift with the seasons- and except for mint tea and mugicha (which I like equally hot or chilled) I prefer my tea hot- However, I usually drink teas that I like unsweetened, and at any temp.

Depends! if I am out and about, atleast one, two should there be time.
When at home… two caffeinated teas, plus a matcha. Not counting resteeps. Often I’ll have a big mug of herbal as well just to stay hydrated. (sometimes cold!)
So I guess that adds up to between two and six.

In the summer time I drink about 6 cups of tea a day (yes,its hot tea even if its hot out :-) and about 8-10 cups a day in the winter.
Those numbers include re-steeps.

32-64 ounces per day until 3pm. I drink warm green tea in place of water.

On my days off…gallon and a half.

I limit black tea to the mornings, green tea any time. I work from home and constantly have a cup/mug close by. I guess I average about 9 16oz mugs per day. At least 5 per day or I get cranky.

I drink enough tea daily to take a bath in it. When I’m ill, enough for a swim. Oh wouldn’t that be nice? Smelling of bergamot and herbals all day.

I go through my 4 liter zojirushi 1-1.5 times a day
