Oh my gosh I’d be really upset. Your anger and disappointment is completely understandable, not to mention any outrage you might feel about the way the seller is handling the entire thing.
Whenever shipping something that is fragile, people should know that it needs to be well cushioned to be protected during it’s time in transit.
That would be so disappointing. Hope things work out in your favor.

I’m sorry that happened to you. I hope you get things resolved with the seller. That was really crummy of them to do all that. It’s a shame how some people just don’t care like that. Best of luck to you and Hugs!

Thank you for the continued support! She was suppose to hear from USPS yesterday and get back to me…of course she did not. I figure I’ll give her a few more days before I bug her just so it appears I’m patient. (while I’m actually freaking out!)
Um, I would not cut her any slack; she can work your patience to her advantage. A private seller can disappear. A business can argue your silence indicates that you either don’t really care very much or that you are somehow guilty of the damage yourself. By all means bug her. Squeaky wheel, etc.
