Tea seems to be a necessity for me now! Glad I discovered TeaVivre through Steepster, since I find their teas to be good quality for the price and look forward to trying even more of them. Thanks for the interesting overview of tea history back to 30 century BC when it was used as a medicine.

Also teas form an integral part of Chinese traditional medicine and that suggests that there are definite benefits from drinking teas that are appropriate for each season.
