Shanti Tea is offering 40% off all grades of Japanese matcha, and 25% their chamomile and ayurvedic teas until the end of the year. http://shantitea.ca/

Pearl Fine Teas is doing 25% with the code “SALE25” – http://www.pearlteas.com/

Indonique is offering 50% Off of all teas, while supplies last. Use the coupon code “TEA” at checkout. http://indonique.com/

I made a full list of all the sales I could find here: http://www.leafjoy.com/2010/12/leafjoys-list-of-end-of-year-tea-sales-and-specials/

I also just found a giltcity deal with Royal Tea Co to spend $25 for $50 of tea. http://www.giltcity.com/chicago/royalteaco

Is there a coupon code needed for Shanti Tea or are the prices listed already discounted. I’m specifically looking into their ceremonial matcha.

For Shanti tea, use the code “JAPANESE_MATCHA” for matchas, “EGYPTIAN_CHAMOMILE” for chamomile blends, and “INDIA_AYURVEDA” for ayurvedic.

Side note,
Specialteas is having a 50% off all sale. Just in case you did not know. I’m out to enjoy the last night of the year.

That’s a great sale. Kind of sad that so many of the teas look like they are sold out already.

And the rumor is that they are going out of business, or they being absorbed.

Jillian said 2010-12-31 23:55:45 -0500

They’re probably being absorbed by Teavana – who apparently already owns their souls anyways. ;)

Thanks for the note – found a few nice blacks not quite sold out yet!

That’s too bad if they are going out of business. I’ve been wanting to try some of their tea, but the flavors are all sold out.

Probably only useful to people near Winston-Salem, NC, such as laurenpressley , but Groupon has $7 for $15 worth of tea from Angelina’s http://www.groupon.com/deals/angelinas-teas?c=dnb&p=1

I am checking to find out a) if it can be used in their online shop and b) if it can be used for their $15 in-store tea class. Will update when I know.

Happy bags at lupicia http://www.lupiciausa.com/v/static/special/2011happy/index.html .

$30 or $50 surprise gift bags with contents worth twice the amount. I’m a risk taker and bought the $50 oolong/green bag apparently they sometimes come with small tea accessories as well.

I so do not need more tea. What has possessed me. I think it’s the surprise factor. I’m like a little kid wanting one more christmas present.

Jessie said 2011-01-01 23:55:57 -0500

Oh, this is so appealing to me too. I’ve ordered far too much tea with end-of-year sales, but I love surprises and nicely packaged things! I’ve never tried Lupicia teas and would like to so this would be nice.

I’m half hoping the shipping cost to Canada won’t be ridiculous but it’s probably better for my wallet if it prevents me from ordering.

Jillian said 2011-01-02 20:08:47 -0500

I don’t think Lupicia ships outside of the USA at all. :(

Jessie said 2011-01-03 01:55:37 -0500

Oh, that makes sense. When I enter Canada (which does say billing only), it says “Rates not available. We’ll contact you.” so I was hoping for the best!

New Groupon deal, and this one’s specifically good online or in store:

$10 for $20 Worth of Tea from Urbàna Teas & Tonics, online or in store (Charlotte, NC). Have until midnight tomorrow to buy the deal, then the voucher can be used through Oct 11, 2011. Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts. Not valid until 1/14/11 if redeeming online. Not valid on tea accessories. No cash back. Shipping not included. Not valid with other offers.

I don’t think I’m buying this one as I have too much tea, but here’s a link. If anyone uses it to join Groupon and then makes a purchase (of any deal) I get a $10 credit: http://www.groupon.com/r/uu7528626

I’ve never tried their teas, but just added a few to the Steepster database that look interesting. http://steepster.com/teas/urbana-teas-and-tonics?letter=U

There’s lots more on their site: http://www.urbanatea.com/
