Green, primarily roasted(-like) ones like Hojicha and Genmaicha. But I also think black teas are a great vehicle for flavoured varieties.
LOL. While there is at least 1 tea in each category that I like, my go-to tea isn’t considered tea, strictly speaking. I like the herbal/rooibos teas. Mostly has to do with the fact that I drink tea mostly in the evenings, and generally prefer to avoid caffeine. Sometimes, if it’s early enough, I will drink a Green. Last night I forgot Oolong has caffeine in it and I had 2 cups. I will usually only have black tea when I wake up, (If even then.) or if I intend on staying up all or most of the night, like recently had to pick up a friend from the airport really early in the morning and I deemed it easier to just not sleep. Though mostly my drinking black tea late at night has more to do with writing. Again even then.
Yay, herbal/rooibos tea! :D
I drink them all, but crave black most often.
I never gave much thought to this, but after reviewing my inventory, I realized how much rooibos I have. I guess that is my “cup of tea.” OH….
Oolong is my favorite type of tea, followed closely by Black.
