What's your "cheer me up" tea?

Needing cheer can feel a few different ways for me:
When life seems impossible: matcha!
When I’m feeling shivery and low: chai!
When I’m feeling as though life takes a great deal of courage: black tea with milk!
When I need to escape: gyokuro….
Thank goodness for tea!

Nothing cheers me up more than a cup of jasmine tea with milk and sugar, a blanket, and a good book.

Genmaicha always brings a smile to my face. It’s warm, sweet, and a little nutty :)

And the best tea is shared tea. I love to share a smile and a cup of tea with a friend.

I’m changing my story. Lately I’ve been reaching for Genmai Hojicha more and more to warm me and up and cheer me up.

A cup of Earl Grey and an episode of Star Trek the next generation. A little time with the Captain does the trick.
