Be safe, take care, and hope you have extra water set aside for brewing! That is, if you are lucky to have a gas stove to heat the water. Or lucky to have a roof over your head during or after!

Thanks for the well wishes. :) even if gas or electricity is gone, there’s still the room temp brewing option. Hot would be preferred in this weather though. I hope all those in the evacuation zones are safe and as comfortable as possible.

Thanks – lost power last night for about 5 hours. Back now, tho winds are really picking up and they have ordered a mandatory evacuation for all people south of rte 1 here in CT.
