I’m so torn! I’ve been trying the vast majority of teas since the last sampler, since I got into teas shortly after Christmas last year… so I’m worried I will have tried (or own!) nearly everything already. :/
I think these are also GREAT gifts for people in your life who are maybe new to tea too. Gives them a little present to open every day for 12 days. Everybody seems to have so much fun with these.
I am also conflicted. I have subscribed since the release of the last box. I know I have tried every tea that will be in there except for day 12. And the day 12 tea will be released either the week of Christmas or the week after … so, do I need to have the box this year? The only real benefit to me, besides the fun of the box (and they are a lot of fun!) is that I’d get the 12th day before the December teas are sent to me … and then of course, there is the fact that I always do the 12 days countdown on the SororiTea Sisters website … BUT I am also doing a 12 days of christmas tea exchange through steepster … so maybe I could do the 12 days of christmas exchange article about those teas instead.

I think the only thing I would really miss is everyone else enjoying their box and missing out on the fun lol I am holding off on this for now though.
Yes, that is a big factor. I don’t want them all to have the fun. BUT … I know I will have tried all these teas, since I’ve been subscribing for a while now, I am confident that there won’t be a tea in there that I have not tried except for day 12, and day 12 will be in my December tea package. So… I don’t need this. Maybe I can use this 30 bucks for my online art class that I want.
I’m trying to sucker my roommate into sharing one with me so that this problem of likely having tried the vast majority of the teas in the sampler (since I attempted to swap for most blends I found appealing) is less important. Also, she likes mint, and I suspect at least one of the teas is likely to be minty!
Do you ladies have any guesses of what might be included? I can probably make some guesses based on the last half of the year, but I didn’t know about 52teas in the earlier part of the year..
OK… so in the course of the last year, I’m guessing Graveyard Mist will be in there, Cotton Candy, Butterbeer … it’s too early for me to think back to some of the other teas of the year. LOL
I’m hoping that the Lime Green Jell-O is in there, too. Just so that I can buy some of the reblend.
@Rachel: last year, he reblended the teas and sold a limited quantity of the teas that were in the box. On the first day, he’d release the tea that was in the first day sampler in limited quantities … then on the second day, he’d release the tea that was int he second day sampler … and so on. I don’t know if he’s going to do that again, but I hope he does, in case he does reblend the lime Jello…
I definetly want this, as there are so many blends I missed out on. Just can’t order till tomorrow afyernoon. Hopeing there is some left.
Do I need this?! The eleven BEST teas of the past year…which were those? I definitely didn’t buy eleven teas from you, so at least some things will be new…
Exciting! These will be my first 52teas as well. Looking forward to giving them a try. :)
