Victoria BC Tea Meet?

Saturdays are good here too! Just need to leave by 6 so I can grab dinner before work :)

Ok! So for coming Saturdays, the 16th does not work for me (Midterm the following week!), but other than that I am free all other Saturdays in March. The semester ends in the middle of April, so I’m free starting the 20th. I’ll probably just take Transit from Vancouver, as PCL is kinda pricey. I’d rather spend my money on tea. :)

I agree, on the weekend of the 16th, I’ll be swamped with a surge of papers. 23rd is definitely doable, 30th would be tricky due to other papers but I think I could manage. Then I’m done with the school year on April 18th, so anytime between then until May would work no problem (going home to AB for a month or so then). Hope this won’t overly complicate things.

23rd is doable for me, and I may be able to drag another tea lover along, I think she gets home for spring break the night before. The 30th is iffy, I have family coming from out of town for the long weekend, but if my grandmother goes shopping with my mom, I’d be able to swing it.

It would be really great if we could organize a monthly meet, if anyone’s interested?

Awesome, well if the 23rd works for others, we should make our first meeting then! I think a monthly meet would be great seeing that many of us probably order from different e-tailers and it would be a nice way to catch up on what’s always coming out, or hey, to just have tea and relax somewhere in town.

the 23rd also works for me. I’ve a lot of family events on the mainland around the 30th and probably won’t be able to do that particular weekend. After April 21st I’ll be out of town until mid-May but can come over after that if there are monthly meets.

23 works for me too, and if there’s anyone else in Vancouver who wants to go, I have a vehicle and could fit 3-4 more people in it if you want to split costs. It’s just not worth it to drive if it’s just me.

I work Saturdays. My days off in the week are Tuesday and Wednesday. Generally. The place by though zoo is Jaga Silk. I work at Mayfair so depending on my shift, I could new people there. Like of I worked day but it was a late night night.

Wednesdays could work for me too, I just need to leave by 6 to get to work :)

I’m also free on Wednesdays as long as I can leave around 6 for my night class!
