Got a question tough, the energizing chai is mention to be made with water and milk. Can’t seem to find brew instructions to drink it pure without milk, or is it a special blend thats needed to be brewed with it?
You can drink it without milk. It taste clear and light. It’ll be another interesting flavor. You can also steep it for 5 min with hot water and add milk like other tea steeping.
Personally, I like rich flavor of spices, pu-erh, and yerba mate, which can be get through indian style brewing. Especially honey will be better than sugar for Chai.
I also found some Chai taste better with soy milk instead of milk, especially Rooibos Chai.
You can try with many different steeping methods.
