is Davids tea website messed up or is it u computer??

I have been trying to order tea for 3 hours now and its so sad the website will not let me put a tea in my bag, but it will on my phone but won’t let me order from my phone. So I put the tea in my bag on my phone and log in on my computer and its not there :( and I just had to call Davids tea for some problems I was having with my steeping thing and they are so wonderful I don’t want to call and be a pain lol so is any one else having trouble or ran into this before?

I was actually thinking of posting something like this. Is is just me or am I seriously not able to add things to my “Shopping Cart”? I honestly can’t figure out how to do it when I’m on a product page.

a bunch of people have said they’ve had the same issue (and only on their computer, not on mobile devices?) on the DT facebook page, so it’d be worth calling/emailing head office and asking them directly.

I had this problem and to solve it all I did was erase my browsing history and it worked! :) It might work for you too!

I think they might be having shipping issues aswell. My order was shipped Monday morning and hasn’t moved yet. All it says on Canada post tracking is order information received.

That canada post problem not Davids Sometimes i received my order without a single tracking update from canada post

Yeah I called and they said it should come tomorrow still yay. I’ve ordered from them many times and the tracking always worked, oh well as long as my yummy tea gets here :)

I think that the website changeover has left them with some issues – I suggest calling and seeing if a customer service could help smooth things out for you. : )

thank you guys I was able to order my things!! My friend also cant track her package but once it leaves davids tea not sure there is much they can do, I am waiting on two packages so hopefully we can get them soon! thank you so much for everyones help!

I placed an order a few days ago and received it without any tracking updates being logged either. Seems to be a tracking issue, but not a shipping problem. Yay, advent calender and new tea!

Not true on the shipping mine said it was shipping to AL not Md and its been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order and still have not received …. They said its happening all over the us…
