Wholesale Sources for new business venture

I am currently looking for a Wholesale source in China who can offer a variety of tea bases- the more, the better: Green, Black, White, Oolong, Pu-erh etc. I would like to ideally do the blending & branding on my own, so I am really looking for just the basic raw teas, not any blends.

I am price sensitive and willing to spend the time doing research on standard wholesale rates, so please don’t send anything which is considered premium pricing. I would like to establish a long-term relationship with the supplier overseas.
