a tea quote
If you are a fan of Big Bang Theory, I don’t want to write any spoilers but here’s a snippet from a recent scene involving tea of a sort:
“I drink tea all the time, " said Sheldon.
So funny.
All hopped up on tea bags?
Sheldon: What kind of tea would you like?
Amy: I think I’m gonna try … green tea mixed with Lemon Zinger.
Sheldon: Two tea bags in one cup. You’re not at a rave.

Amy: Sheldon, when I said couples costume, I meant, like, Romeo and Juliet or Cinderella and Prince Charming, not two robots from some silly movie I don’t even like.
Sheldon: OK. Now, I’m gonna let that slide because I know you’re hopped up on teabags.
I love that episode, when Amy selects two tea bags? The quote above is from the most recent episode, though, when Sheldon is served tea at the bar where Penny is working dot dot dot

Not word perfect but, “There isn’t enough chamomile tea in the world to quell the rage in my heart.” Another Sheldon.
Sheldon: I made tea.
Leonard: I don’t want tea.
Sheldon: I didn’t make tea for you. This is my tea.
Leonard: Then why are you telling me?
Sheldon: It’s a conversation starter.
Leonard: That’s a lousy conversation starter.
Sheldon: Oh, is it? We’re conversing. Checkmate.
This clip does contain references to er, growing up and alcohol, just in case anyone finds that offensive? But here’s a clip of BBT’s most recent episode, and there is a tea theme throughout, which I found amusing, in which Sheldon eschews his usual tisane of choice:

Phooey! I watched that just this weekend and missed the line.
I’m not the only one re-watching Doctor Who Christmas specials, eh? :) I so look forward to this year’s…
I can hardly wait. Will tape the Brit list Friday as we will be at a Brit restaurant here for the apocalypse drink specials and supper.
