Sweet Tea Vodka anyone?

So now at your local Liqueur store there is a Sweet Tea vodka I am enjoying it mixed with my regular ice tea.. I dont see why you couldn’t put this in a hot cup of tea heheh … but its GOOOD!!!!

I make tea cocktails all the time and they are great.

Green tea with lemon and vodka over lashings of ice.
Mint tea with vodka and ice is also quite nice and refreshing.

Fruit flavoured tea’s are great for real cocktails, such as peach and coconut tea’s brewed strongly (perhaps only half a mug each) with a shot white rum and a shot of whisky. I did these at my dads birthday party and people thought I was mad but when they tried it they all loved it and requested it through the night. The water from the tea makes it very refreshing and doesn’t really leave much of a hangover. :)

Funny you mention putting alcohol in tea. I actually recently just did an experiment with Golden Monkey and Merlot. I blogged about it here of you are interested. It turned out amazing…
