While tasting notes are down, what are you drinking?
I’m having Laoshan Black! Mmmm.
I’m enjoying Della Terra’s Eight Candles.
Love it. If the tasting notes weren’t down, I’d have a note on it :) I love the marshmallow yumminess. I hope you enjoy it!
Great, thanks! it did sound yummy from the description, hard to resist :-) Now I just have to be patient enough and wait for it to arrive! I was lucky enough to catch della terra’s 60% off sale on friday and I’m afraid I kinda went overboard with my purchases, I think I ordered over 15 teas from them!
That’s awesome :) I totally missed the sale. I’m going to follow you so I can see what you think of those 15!
FYI, I just received a notice from them, they’re having a 40% sale tomorrow if you’re interested :-)
I wanna try this so much!I just got a big tin of tea for my birthday though…
I finally have gotten my hands on a collection of 52teas to try! Thanks so much Kittenna!! I’m so excited to post my tasting notes :)
I am so happy to finally see what I was missing out on for all these years!!
I have had:
Caramel Cheesecake – 52teas
Paris – H&S
Cookie Dough – DT
Chocolate Mint Rooibos – DT
Santa’s Secret – DT.
That’s for the last 24 hours and my mug is empty again. :(
I’m finishing off a pouch of Pumpkin Chai – David’s Tea. I have a pouch of this unopened as well and I hope to finish them before Christmas so I can move on to winter teas. Plus my dad made me a pumpkin pie with a home grown pumpkin and a cup of this goes amazingly well with a slice. :)
Vodka!
You know, I wouldn’t doubt that there is such a thing as Puerh Vodka. I was at a Russian Festival with Vodka Tasting and there were lots of flavors I never heard of before. You never know….

This link says we can make Vodka Puerh!
I had The Witching Hour from 52teas last night but all I’ve had today are mimosas to celebrate LOL back to tea now though…hard to decide now that I’m back with all my tea…
I started the day with 2 cups of Yunnan Jig, from Adagio. It’s pretty nice, but I do like Yunnan Noir better. I ordered one of their black tea samplers awhile back, and I think I have about a cup’s worth left of each.
After breakfast (really brunch, we didn’t even get out of bed til noon), I had a cup of Bergamot Rose Laoshan black (Verdant). Can you believe I still have some of that? It’s one of the only earl grey type teas that I like (so far) and it’s so yummy, like a toasted bagel with orange rose marmalade on top, and maybe a very thin drizzle of chocolate syrup. LOL!
I adore Yunnan Jig – Adagio. I haven’t tried Yunnan Noir but adding it to my list. :) Plus I have to say that a “oasted bagel with orange rose marmalade on top, and maybe a very thin drizzle of chocolate syrup” sounds beyond amazing! _
I have an online tea group (google+ video) with people from Japan, Australia, Canada and the U.S. at 3PM to discuss a different tea each week. So I do have something besides Steepster to do today. I think this kind of technology is something more people could do.
Form little tasting groups and drink tea together. You can all see each other at the same time. Love this idea!
I like this idea too. I would like to organize tasting groups with the growers of tea everyone is tasting. Check out the growers on Tealet here: http://www.tealet.com/growers
