Pan-fried green tea

Chinese green teas are usually referred as being pan-fried, but sometimes I’ll see the word “pan-fired”. Is it the same, or which do you think is the best word for it?

i think pan fired would be less confusing.

I will put in my two cents (or two pence) and say ‘pan sealed’ or ‘pan finished’.
