Ugh. I can’t stand bad customer service. That’s like top priority for me, and should be for everyone, no matter how large the company is. Bad customer service loses customers (and is rude), and what’s a company without customers?

We just noticed this thread…glad we were able to make things right. We try to get it right the first time – but every now and again it happens.
