Refrigerating brewed puerhs

I brew my puerhs in a 300ml clay Kyushu. Most times I drink the entire contents in one infusion. My question is, could I still brew the entire 300ml and then store maybe half in the refrigerator? Maybe I’ll drink it the next day or so. Would that ruin or diminish the quality of the brew?

I think you could do it. I would experiment with it for sure. Similar to cold brew tea here in the south.

I just brewed some shou puerh and oolong in 2 French presses. Then I poured them in mason jars to store in the refrigerator.
I then added some cold filtered water to the presses to make some cold brew. Am waiting overnight to taste the results. If all goes well, I’ll have 64 ozs of excellent tea in the refrigerator tomorrow morning.
