The Tea Haus sells plain lemongrass, though I don’t believe it is bagged.

Alvita, celebration herbals, have a bagged lemongrass tea, and Tao of Tea has lemongrass loose as well. I did a search on amazon and brought up a buncn, as well as green tea with lemongrass blends (one is by good earth)
