Cupping at Home, some questions

I am strongly considering getting my own cupping set to use with any loose leaf unflavored teas, as I want to really reacquaint myself with the ones I am used to, with renewed attention to quality, and rethink some of my judgement regarding some kinds of tea I have avoided before.

I am wondering if there any point to cupping flavored teas(especially modern flavors), or if they are meant for entirely casual use?
