Is there mail on monday (Dec 24)?

Hey Steepsters. I’m getting mixed results when googling, so I thought I would ask here.

Is there mail on Dec 24? Also, will the banks be open Dec 24? I remember reading how Christmas Eve was declared a federal holiday. I know for a fact they will be closed on Christmas Day.

I know in Canada we have postal service on the 24th. And the banks are open. (I have to work at one, after all!) Only the 25th and 26th are statutory holidays here. :X

And for the US http://about.usps.com/news/events-calendar/2012-federal-holidays.htm ( i assume that on holiday they probably don<t deliver mail )

Rachel, on Monday post offices will be open until noon and there will still be mail delivery. https://www.usps.com/early-holiday-closing.htm

Their is mail on the 24th – but like mentioned above – check your local post for in store hours if shipping out.

Is my package one of the one’s your still waiting on? I hope you’ve received it, I’d be so sad if boyfriend didn’t have his banana teas for Christmas!

Yeah. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten it yet. I’m hoping today is the day.

If it comes after Christmas though it’s all right. I know mail moves slower in general this time of year.

Maybe it’ll come Dec 26 and I can say it’s a Boxing Day present (and he’ll say “huh?”)
