Lupicia Grab Bags

Seems more and more likely I won’t get a tea accessory of any kind at all. Update: I didn’t.

Oh, I might be wrong but I think it’s not random – each bags contain certain stuffs. (I remember asking person at lupicia before) I see someone posted what’s inside the $30 bag but not $60 one so was wondering if anyone picked $60 from store or something :)

Wow if it’s not actually random that sucks, I got a $30 one for myself and then one to split with a friend. It makes it sound like it’s just pre-selected in the sense that you can’t pick what it is. Meh. I’m still gonna hope for random.

I’m pretty sure they are random, the ones from 2012 contained different things. The entire point of a grab bag is that it’s random, plus they’d blow through their stock pretty fast if all the bags were the same

Yeah I was gonna say also that makes no sense to make every bag the same based on that alone.

lol yes, it was later on that when I told a friend about it she wanted one but not the entire thing so I figured I’d have it sent to her and we’d deal with it sometime.

you know it’s bad when i’m like hmmmm maybe i should pick up a second bag.. sigh

I know there were people on my Knitting Community that ordered doubles of the $30 bag from last year. They ended up with duplicates of everything.

I think that’s the reason for different sizes though. So my logic was that if Sil & I picked up a $60 bag, we’d have no duplicates, whereas if we each got a $30 bag, there’s be more chance that we’d end up with the same teas. That said, I don’t think all bags of the same price point should be identical…

I was going to order for sure, but I dislike Lupicia’s shipping costs / all other teas I wanted are out of stock.

My husband was happy to take me to the lupicia about 20 minutes away, woooot!

No tea ware, but lots of good stuff, got the $30 bag

OK, these look fantastic! I bought one online and can’t wait…absolutely LOVE most of those. I’ve been wanting to try Fantasy and Kirara too. I really hope mine is like this!

Its a mix you can’t make requests. I got my shipping notice today just about an hour ago.

I ordered on Wednesday morning and haven’t received a shipping notice, just the order confirmation.

If the bags are pre-set I’d be SO happy if that was what I got—I’m hoping for the momo oolong and mango.

Wow, that is an amazing bag of goodies! If I didn’t need to save my money I’d be totally on this!

They had about 5 left of the $30 bags and at least 6 of the $60. I told myself I wasn’t going to get one but well – it’s Lupicia, can’t go wrong!

Oh, good to know! Those all sound good too and sounds like the ones in the stores aren’t all the same.
