OT - Anyone tried a paleo diet?
A couple of my friends follow it. One of them works out as suggested at Mark’s Daily Apple, which is lots of walking and slow cycling, some sprinting, and lifting heavy things. The other takes walks and does some yoga.
I managed two weeks of Whole30, and the one thing I found is that it takes a fair bit of preparation. Once you get that figured out it goes very smoothly. Precook things to have in salads, wash and chop your veg when you bring them home, etc. I flailed because I had midterms and haven’t gotten back into it.
