Herbal Tea Blending / Essentail Oils Books

Good Afternoon,

I am looking for a good book for beginners on blending herbal teas. But I am also looking for one that discusses the use of flavors (essence of "", essential oils etc as well. Any suggestions?

I’ve tried Google and there are hundreds of books on spices; however I was looking for some recommendations on books that would help me with buying herbs and say for instance I want to make a tea blend that taste like a cinnamon roll; a book that might guide me towards understanding how to breakdown a food item and create a blend of spices and oils/extracts.

Anyone have any recommedations?

ive only seen tea leaf blending but not herb blending..sorry
