Estatic over a bagged tea!

I just have to share cuz I’m too excited. About a year ago my Grandma served me some honey ginger black bagged tea that actually tasted like honey! I could not find a website for the seller and was so sad as she received a sampler as a gift. I go in to Marshall’s tonight and as I’m in the checkout I see tea….the same tea!!! I bought all 3 boxes and am going to find more tomorrow.

Crazy as I never go gaga for bagged. Lol

I think I’ve seen that tea at Marshalls, English Tea Shoppe, right? I have some of their ginger peach which is quite good, right amount of ginger and peach. I can’t find anything about English Tea Shoppe online, besides a few tasting notes.

I’m very fond of their Candy Cane Rooibos, but I advise you to stay far away from Sweet Cookies.

Haha I actually tried Sweet Cookie this morning. After I steeped the teabag I guess I didn’t know my own strength and squeezed the bag too hard and the soaked tea shot out both ends of the bag. Most of it missed my cup but some landed on my desk and looked like… something squeezed out. Kind of hurt my appetite for tea.

So I think my taste buds changed! Just had two cups and it tastes flat…not a lot of depth and fake honey, not at all like I remember. I’d really like to order it in loose but you can only get on amazon.uk and they won’t ship to USA. Oh well. Saves me some money I guess.
