Chamomile
I just bought more Chamomile tea. I can never spell it. I like Chamomile at night.

It’s nice blended with other flavors. (I’ve always been fond of Adagio’s Foxtrot—chamomile, peppermint, and rooibos.)

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a straight chamomile. I drink it in Sleepytime occasionally, but not too often because I worry I’ll have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. (Kind of the problem I have with lots of the sleep aid type drinks.)

I absolutely love chamomile tea. It has been a favorite of mine for years. I was told I have to abstain due to pregnancy because it can hinder the absorption of folic acid. No trying to scare anyone, just missing my favorite tea.
