A new tea...to me

Might someone be nice enough to tell me what an Ethiopian Yiracheffe (sp?) tea is? It’s one of the ones which captured my interest.

I’m sorry and feel like the fool I am. I’ve been on so many website I became confused and what I meant was Yirga Cheffe Ethiopian coffee. Sorry of my mistake. Lee.
