Monkey-Picked Oolong

Pardon my poor descriptions/rating of this tea and if I’m posting on the wrong site.
The Monkey-Picked Oolong tea I ordered is from The Tea Embassy and it’s Monkey-Picked Oolong (Supreme Ti Kwan Yin Oolong from Fujian, China) according to the package.
I steep it for about 3-4 mins in water which is about 185F and I add a little sugar and a thinly sliced lemon slice to bhe cup. Too, I use one teaspoon of the tea per each cup I make and I re-use the leave for about 3 infusions.
The color is a very light greenish/red with a delightful bouquet and I think it’s a wonderful gustatory and olfactory experience. The brewing instructions state to brew for 3-5 mins and though I like strong tea as well as coffee, I brew it for a shorter amount of time than instructed.
Oolongs and Darjeelings are amongst my favorite teas…so far but yellow teas have sparked my interest.
Since I’m a Southern boy, I’m used to iced, sweetened tea but am quickly becoming a hot tea fan. I’m just assuming I can make iced tea of most teas. If I’m incorrect, please feel free to let me know. For any questions about the Monkey-Picked I have and my experience with it, also feel free to ask. Lee

I’d put it in a tasting note if I were you. :) That way people looking for reviews on this tea can find it.
